Graton Tribal Library

Welcome to the Graton Tribal Library website! This project was developed by the Federated Indians of Graton Rancheria, with funding assistance from the Institute of Museum and Library Services, to provide an online gateway to explore the Tribe’s Library resources. The Tribal Library website was designed to expand over time, driven by valued community input to develop future library programs and services. We are excited to provide another avenue of connection to information on the culture of Coast Miwok and Southern Pomo, as well as other tribes throughout California.

We will also use the website to promote various meetings and events being held at the library. Recently, the book club has been popular and we’ve been contacted by quite a few different authors who are interesting in promoting their new book with us. The events would likely consist of them talking about their book then answering any questions you have for them. You will be able to ask anything — whether it’s about the contents of the book or about Copy editing or writing tips or books the author recommends. It’ll be a nice event for anyone passionate about books – be it reading or writing them.
