The Annual Performance Report (APR) is a self-assessment prepared by the Tribe regarding the administration of all open Indian Housing Block Grants (IHBG) for the period of January 1, 2025 – December 31, 2025.

The APR is required by Section 404 of the Native American Housing Assistance and Self Determination Act of 1996 (NAHASDA); and shall contain regulations for the program which are published at 24 CFR Part 1000, and include brief information of the following:
(1) A comparison of actual accomplishments to the objectives established for the period;
(2) The reasons for slippage if established objectives were not met; and
(3) Analysis and explanation of cost overruns or high unit costs.

The APR must be submitted within 90 days of the end of the Tribe’s program year (March 30, 2026). All public comments must be received by 5:00 PM on March 9, 2026 to be included in the submission of the APR to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
