We receive a high volume of communications. Please note that we prioritize our responses to enrolled Tribal Citizens. Citzenship inquiries for those seeking enrollment will be routed to the Citizenship Committee, and will be issued a response that can take up to 60 days. To better serve you, we ask that you please review the following frequently asked questions.
I need to access the Citizenship Department Staff or update my personal information?
Answer: Tribal Citizens need to schedule an appointment with the Citizenship Department before coming to the tribal office. Same day appointments can be scheduled if available. Please call the Tribal Office - (707) 566-2288.

Tribal Citizen (enrolled) Requesting New Id Cards?
Answer: Email request, call in request or send in written request for New Id Card Form, include contact information. A Request Form will be sent out to you with a return self addressed envelope, mail back to Tribal Office.

Tribal Citizens (enrolled) Request for Change of Address
Answer: Send in written request for a Change of Address and/or fill out back of your Newsletter Request for Address Change and mail to Tribal Office. Email or phone call requests for an Address Change Form will be sent out to you with a return self addressed envelope, mail back to Tribal Office.

Tribal Citizens (enrolled) Change of Name Request?
Answer: Email request or send in written request for a Change of Name Request Form. A Change of Name Request Form will be sent out to you with a return self addressed envelope, mail back to Tribal Office. Please also provide a copy of your Marriage License.

Tribal Citizen Parent (enrolled) and or legal Guardian or Caretaker Request for Newborn?
Answer: Send in written request for a Newborn Application to the Citizenship Department. All applicants for lineal citizenship must submit a written enrollment application within six (6) months of the child's birth. Information needed for request is listed below:
  1. Name of newborn
  2. Date of Birth of newborn
  3. Names of biological mother and father
  4. Requestors contact information
  5. Signature and date
I am not enrolled and have a Citizenship Inquiry?
Please note: Enrollment process is currently closed, except for newborns of enrolled Tribal Citizens. All written citizenship inquiries will be recorded by the Citizenship Department and responded to once the Citizenship Committee has reviewed your inquiry. Responses can take up to 60 days.
